An old urn

Tac cloths

2-1/2 paint brush

Fine sandpaper

Small sponge

1 American Accents Natural Rust Decorative Finishing Kit

Use fine sand paper to lightly sand off any old rust or flaking paint.

Following directions in the kit, spray the urn with the copper base coat. Let dry.

Use a foam brush to wipe on the copper top coat and dab off with a paper towel. Let this dry overnight.

For even more character, brush the rust top coat onto some of the urn's crevices and dab off with a paper towel.

Once your new urn is dry, fill with your favorite flowers and put it somewhere you can really show it off.
