Project Steps
Make sure area is well-ventilated. In addition to paint and primer, you’ll need synthetic paint brushes and painter’s tape
If possible, remove stool cushion. If not possible, cover cushion with plastic and tape as securely as possible.
Remove loose paint with wire brush or sandpaper.
Lightly sand glossy surfaces.
Clean with soap and water and let dry.
For best results, apply one coat of Painter’s Touch Primer. You can apply top coat 2 hours after applying primer.
Avoid excessive brushing which will reduce film thickness and protection. Use light, even strokes for even flow and the smoothest finish.
Dries to the touch in 30 minutes, to handle in 1 hour, fully dry in 2-4 hours. May be recoated in 2-4 hours.
